It has long been the policy of this company to suspend all the costs of shipping and handling to within the continental United States and Canada on all the following orders over $46.50. But due to the unprecedented rising costs of gasoline, and delivery costs, we find ourselves being put in the invidious position of having to charge a flat one-off rate of $12.50 for contiguous USA or $14.50 for Canada and NON contiguous US States on parcels up to 4.25 lbs for shipping, tracking, insurance and delivery, from July 3rd 2012
